GRAIN BANK STORAGE CORN STORAGE BEAN STORAGE
10 CENTS PER BUSHEL MINIMUM STORAGE FOR THE FIRST 240 DAYS
3 CENTS PER BUSHEL EACH ADDITIONAL MONTH
OPEN STORAGE AND WAREHOUSE RECEIPT
15 CENTS PER BUSHEL MINIMUM STORAGE FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS
3 CENTS PER BUSHEL EACH ADDITIONAL MONTH
OPEN STORAGE AND WAREHOUSE RECEIPT
18 CENTS PER BUSHEL MINIMUM STORAGE FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS
3 CENTS PER BUSHEL EACH ADDITIONAL MONTH
ALL MINIMUM STORAGE IS BILLED UP FRONT
THERE IS A 6 CENTS IN AND 6 CENTS OUT CHARGE PER BUSHEL ON ALL GRAIN STORED
 IF NOT SOLD OR PROCESSED THROUGH US
 
DRYING CHARGES

Corn moisture discount scale:
4 Cents for each point removed with a 1.4 shrink
Shrink to 14% to store and 15% to sell

Soybean moisture discount scale:
1% of selling price per half point from 13% - 15%
2% of selling price per half point above 15%
Beans over 15% cannot be stored and must be sold.
 
HOUSE POLICIES

At time of delivery grain is to be sold or stored. Grain will be put into storage if not stated otherwise within 5 days. (Storage charges start the day of delivery if not sold)

Grain delivered to the river terminal will be priced the day of delivery.

WE HAVE A 4:00 P.M. CUTOFF AGAIN THIS YEAR, ANYTHING DELIVERED AFTER 4:00 P.M. TO SPERRY OR MEDIAPOLIS WILL GO ON THE NEXT DAYS BUSINESS. FRIDAY AT 4:00 P.M. IS PRICED ON THE CLOSING PRICE ON MONDAY.

IF YOU DELIVER TO THE RIVER TERMINAL AND DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT, YOUR PRICE WILL BE DETERMINED WHEN WE RECEIVE THE SETTLEMENT BACK FROM THE TERMINAL. IF YOU WANT GRAIN SPOTTED THE DAY OF DELIVERY, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITH THE BUSHEL AMOUNT TO LOCK IN THE PRICE THAT DAY. (SOMETIMES IT TAKES A DAY TO GET BACK. SOMETIMES IT TAKES A WEEK. THE MARKET COULD HAVE A BIG SWING UP OR DOWN IN THIS TIME PERIOD.)
